Founded in 1951, BrownWinick has grown alongside the businesses it serves, evolving from a small local practice into a trusted legal and strategic partner for organizations across the region. Over the past seven and a half decades, the firm has played a role in some of the most significant decisions facing its clients, including ownership transitions, high-stakes negotiations, and long-term growth and succession planning.
